Hello Everyone,

*1.Update on Meeting Last week:

*Last week we witnessed thrilling debates again on both Wednesday and
Thursday. On Wednesday members debated on “Should Canadians be allowed to
sell their organs?” Both the teams did a great job bringing out interesting
points but what was most interesting was the Points of information which
different members were bringing up. The executive was really impressed by
this particularly and we urge you all to carry on this great work in future
debates as well!

On Thursday, the topic of debate was “Does Santa Claus induce slavery ?” The
two teams, the ‘Elves Labor Union’ and the ‘Santa Claus Support Group’
engaged in an
extremely witty debate regarding elves rights and Santa’s toy corporation.
The Elves Labor Union won despite of both the teams being really
competitive. The session ended with a discussion about Harry Potter,
Hermione Granger and Dobby the elf!Good job guys.
